Thank you for choosing Intayon, your all-in-one project management and collaboration platform. We’re committed to delivering a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchases.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://intayon.com or any of our affiliated platforms. By subscribing to or purchasing services from Intayon, you agree to the terms below.
β Eligibility for Refunds
We provide refunds under the following conditions:

Service Deficiency:
If there is a clear, verifiable technical issue or service error caused by Intayon, and we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame. -
Duplicate Payments:
In cases where duplicate transactions occur due to system or payment gateway errors. -
Failed Delivery of Services:
If you have paid for a service, but due to our fault, it was not delivered within the specified timeframe and no reasonable workaround was offered.
β Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after service or subscription has begun

Failure to use features or access the platform (non-usage is not a ground for refund)

Technical issues originating from your device, internet connection, or third-party software

After 30 days of purchase

If project setup, onboarding, or custom integration services have already commenced

Any payments made to third-party platforms (e.g. integrations, government portals)
π Change of Subscription Plan
If you wish to switch to a different Intayon plan, we offer flexibility:

Any unused amount can be applied as credit toward the new plan.

Requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

No cancellation fees apply for plan switches.
πΈ Cancellation Fee
If you request a refund after onboarding has started, a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover time, resources, and platform usage.
π Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be:

Processed within 15 business days

Credited to your original method of payment

Confirmed via email once completed
π Force Majeure
Intayon is not liable for service delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, etc.).
π Payment for Services
All fees paid are stored in a secure client ledger. We only “earn” your payment as specific onboarding milestones are achieved (e.g. workspace setup, account access, custom settings). Time and resources already consumed are non-refundable.
π§Ύ Standard Pricing Policy
We follow a transparent, no-hidden-fee pricing policy. However, pricing may vary if:

Government or regulatory fees increase (in case of integrated services)

Additional scope of work is required by the client post-purchase
